SAN JUAN DE GATZELUGATXE
Here you have some photos of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe so you can compare and see how they edited this place in Game of Thrones:

The hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is located in the islet of Gaztelugatxe, belonging to the municipality of Bermeo. Access to the hermitage is possible thanks to a bridge with two arches connecting the islet to the mainland. Built in honor of St. John during the 10th century, it has endured numerous mishaps and fires. The most recent fire, in 1978, necessitated the complete reconstruction of the temple after some vandals set it on fire. Tradition holds that once you reach the top of the islet, you can ring the church's bell three times and make a wish.
San Juan de Gaztelugatxe served as a setting in the seventh season of Game of Thrones, making it almost a must-visit for fans of the HBO series.
GERNIKA

Gernika, also known as Guernica, is a historic town in the Basque Country of northern Spain. It holds profound significance in Basque culture and history, most notably as the site of the infamous bombing during the Spanish Civil War on April 26, 1937. The attack by German and Italian air forces, allied with Francisco Franco's Nationalists, resulted in widespread destruction and civilian casualties, inspiring Pablo Picasso's iconic painting "Guernica," which symbolizes the horrors of war. Today, Gernika is a symbol of peace and resilience, home to the Gernika Peace Museum and the Assembly House, where the ancient oak tree, the Gernikako Arbola, stands as a testament to Basque liberties and self-governance.
BERMEO

Bermeo is a town in Bizkaia located within the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve Region, established in the 13th century. It is one of the most important fishing villages in Spain. We will explore the old town together, including landmarks such as the Ercilla Tower, Puerta de San Juan, the Watchtower, while also taking in the cozy port. Aditionally, Beremo boasts a long tradition of seafaring and fishing, which are central to the city's identity.
PUENTE COLGANTE

The Puente Colgante, also known as the Vizcaya Bridge, is another symbol of Bizkaia. Located between Portugalete and Las Arenas, it is thw world's oldest transporter bridge and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Construction of the bridge began in 1887 to transport people from one side of the estuary to the other. The bridge, which is 61 metres high and 160 metres long, is still used to connect Portugalete and Las Arenas.
